Hide empty grammar categories #86

With Grammar posts/items, we can simply mark as "Draft," but not the Categories. We won't have the entire grammar finished by time of Beta Test, so we want to be able to hide empty Grammar Categories.

Hidden. Let me know if this looks right. It seems to have removed a lot of items from that page!
