Update .gitignore #2

We still need to decide if we need another .gitignore file or github will understand both file that are internally in each project

A .gitignore file is still needed in the root in case we open the whole project in our local system. This way we avoid folders like .idea o .vscode being uploaded into the git repository.

Review what it is needed in the file and finish it.
