The legacy code has used AmazonEmailService but we should an alternative in order to test MVP:

• [ ] Volunteer confirmation (Registration)
• [ ] Contact Person confirmation (Registration)
• [ ] Volunteer enroll to proposal
• [ ] Anything else?
