Renamed app folder to accounts" #16

This also includes addition of LookUps to the accounts app, moving CustomerUser from authentication to accounts

@umarkayondo is there any way you could split this PR in 2: 1) The first would be app renaming and moving the original files (I still want to see on my end what the two entails - I would prefer create a new app following the right procedure as I am afraid just renaming might trigger unexpected problems down the way) 2) The second would be adding the LookUpClass for Gender
