Question: what roles can we identify? How should these be linked to access authorizations?

Suggestions:

General user: only view tickets and create new ones
Technical user: view tickets, can select/allocate tickets to work on and move them along the different stages of the workflow
Manager: creates projects or groups, can allocate tickets to technical users, can access dashboards and KPIs

We should also permit editing for tickets a person/user has created
