replace bintray with jitpack #189

bintray is shut down and not working anymore. so the library is not usable right now. I replaced bintray with jitpack.

Hello @codegamez. Thank you for you contribution. I endup publishing this library on Sonatype and now it is available again. I prefer Sonatype over Jitpack, so I'm closing this PR.

Thank you so much for your contribution! It is really nice people participating in this library. Sorry for the reeeeally late reply, I was busy with a bunch of things in my life, but now I can come back to this library.
