Titilium Web showing wrong East-European characters in Semibold and Bold

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Titilium Web characters "ș" and "ț" in Semibold and Bold weights are wrong.
2. This is only true for normal variant while the italic is correct.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You need to move the diagonal dash under the letters into the middle from where 
they stand now (on the side)

On what operating system?
Windows / Firefox, Safari (most likely bug is system independent)

Solution is greatly appreciated.
