Readme header improvements #152

Updates the top of the README:

  1. to use the Cheerp logotype in the header. In dark mode, the colour of the type is white, and in light mode (default) the type is grey.
  2. to colour the Discord chat shield link blurple and use the Discord icon - to make it clear that it's a Discord link
  3. removes the title frontmatter as it looked bad on GitHub. This won't break the docs since the release workflow is disabled now as we move to the new docs solution
