feat(.gitpod): Add gitpod configuration #307

This configuration contains all of:

Lean itself, for when a change to the extension requires a corresponding change to core
The javascript client, for when the interface to the lean server changes / grows
This package

Crucially, it deals with the messy setup of linking all the node modules together so they can be edited all at once.
