[ ] Copy Stage arbitrary store to OSN (#9)
- [ ] Write a topic on the pangeo discourse
  - Can fsspec do this?
  - Do people have experience with this? Tag rich.
- [ ] Start with an xarray lazy loaded dataset and write to disk
- [ ] Figure out and document the 'best' method.
