Adding atmospheric variables #2

@jbusecke Right now the data set has only surface ocean variables and some biogeochemical variables. Is it possible to add surface atmospheric variables (wind, temperature, humidity, sea surface pressure, etc.)? Thanks!

Hey @jiarong-wu, just following up on our chat at lunch today. If you found the paths for the other variables, you can simply add them in this file which adds them to the catalog once merged!
