Load Climsim from huggingface #21

Try loading data from huggingface and compare timing.

I.e. do #13 but instead of loading from cloud zarr, try creating virtualizarr

Check out https://github.com/leap-stc/climsim_feedstock/issues/9. I would also suggest to organize work around that feedstock on general.
