It works!

Couple of things though:

Right now there is a dataviewer link for all datasets (and it does not work in some cases). Can we switch that off for now until we have a separate PR with the ability to 'check for public/closed' at catalog creation time?
I am purposefully deploying this from a PR branch to check it. I need to still change some of the meta.yaml stuff.
