Switch cache directory to `leap-scratch` #24

We are currently writing all cached files to leap-persistent. I think ultimately we should switch this to scratch, so we get files automatically cleaned out after 7 days.

I just refrained from that now to avoid rebuilding our cache entirely.

[ ] Also delete the persistent folder for the cache, once done.
