I am currently going through an offboarding of two users. I think we should have some text that we can link to so that we can send this users who are about to be offboarded (i.e. loose access).
This should include:
What is going to happen?
No more access to the hub
Deletion of data (home directory and associated bucket subfolders)
Mention that forks of private org repos will be deleted
How to backup/move data
Push changes to github for code
Download a backup of your home directory (if desired)
Migrate data from the persistent bucket (this point to me is still somewhat unclear to me. Ideally we should have a way to see who was accessing the data and notify not just the owner, but also users)
