Add Admin tasks + Software env update docs to team guide #130

EDIT: ~Expands Team guide with description of regular tasks (for now only the update of software env versions).~

Adds instructions how to update the software env versions.

@jmunroe I feel this is another great candidate to be absorbed upstream into embeddable community manager docs at 2i2c. Is there a tracking issue that I could add this to?

Pinging @jnywong here. I think that the guide we are expanding on here could also be relevant for upstream docs. Wondering if there is a 'collection issue' where I could add links to stuff I think would be helpful for other communities (and their champions in particular).

I opened a discussion thread here which seemed like a good place to start. Let's see where this goes :)
