Adding decision chart using mermaid #147

For now just testing if we can use mermaid diagrams to make a neat decision flow chart for users where to put their data.

[x] Render vanilla mermaid
[x] Can we embed links in the diagram? Yep basic links work
[ ] Can I use the myst ref logic to populate them? Or do I need to link to top level hrefs

I guess this did not work. I am not even entirely sure if we are using mystmd here? Probably need to install extensions (https://opencomputinglab.github.io/SubjectMatterNotebooks/diagram/sphinx-diagrammers.html)
