Add info on /shared/ and /shared-read-write/ #157

We should add explanations of those directories in the Filesystems section and when/ when not to use them.

My opinion is to never use them. In my mind we should teach people how to use the cloud storage efficiently and not emulate some sort of shared folders. But I realize that is a bit extreme position maybe
