Guide: How to get started

There is a clear need for a 'how to get started guide' in the community.

Ultimately I would like to record a longer video with different sections about this, but I think we should start with writing down a guide in text.

Just brainstorming here and hoping that folks (particularly people who have recently gotten started on the jupyterhub could chime in):

• Where do I have to go?
  • Link to the website (we have this info here but it would be useful to cross-ref this in a more easily identifiable guide here
  • How to log in and choose your resources (again this is already in the docs but would be worth highlighting).
  • What do I need to setup in a fresh hub?
    • Git
    • ...
  • My first repository clone/commit push
    • Go through a step by step guide how to respond to somebody giving you a github repo
  • ...

Echoing this: I think long videos are intimidating? Either time-stamping specific sections of the video that correspond to individual questions or just adding a lot more text would be quite helpful.

I think shorted more focused pages are generally more helpful (due to modularity) than the kind of behemoth pages we have right now because their names can be more informative. Having a separate "Getting Started Page" under the LEAP Pangeo header would be more intuitive than folding it into the JupyterHub page.
