Feedback on support page #96

Tagging potential new team members here to get some feedback on the format of our team page:

@cisaacstern @norlandrhagen @SammyAgrawal

Any suggestions what to add? Maybe some sort of 'expertise' category? This would indicate that Charles and Raphael are primarily available for pangeo-forge related questions?

Expertise category seems helpful; maybe since most people are looking to get help linking to the discussion forum and the leap-pangeo channel is also helpful? Like "if you are having difficulties, these are the avenues for which you can raise issues". I know that information is on the Getting Help section of https://leap-stc.github.io/leap-pangeo/jupyterhub.html, but I think that that is an unintuitive place for it to live.
