Bounty

We began working on EMO, not really sure where fate will take us. However as we made some progress, the structure of this project is becoming clearer. Organise this repository and the processes around it.

Scope

Divide the EMO project into submodules using lerna, and describe the dependancy graph. Use this as inspiration.
For each module, provide a README
Come up with standards (tests, style, github actions etc.)

Deliverables

A branch with the above described structure

My initial idea was to detect if normalizedUrl is a local directory, and branch on this line: https://github.com/trufflesuite/truffle/blob/8aebfc1b5ddc2f2a89a8cc9047eb82dbafbbc23a/packages/box/box.ts#L108
