what to do with funds on the exitHandler address where sale receipt lost? #6

if a user starts a fast exit, but doesn't finish it (close browser or other reason). how can he pick up that process?

I store sigHashBuff in localStorage (in bridge) right after the user transfere coins to Exit Handler. So that he can resume after browser is reopened. However, if local storage is cleared, there is no way to resume
