Create Kotlin wrapper

We need to call leap-core code from Kotlin (Walleth). It should be possible with dynamic types. Besides, we have typedefs for leap-core so may benefit from generators like https://github.com/Kotlin/ts2kt

Scope

• create wrappers for leap-core. Ideally for everything in leap-core if it can be done easily/automatically. Otherwise, create wrappers just for things needed for Walleth integration (transfer transaction creation and signing)
• make a simple tests in Kotlin to check the wrapper works

Deliverables

• Kotlin wrappers for tx creation and signing code
• simple Kotlin script creating and signing transaction to serve as example and documentation
