Add bridge-ui to the stack #2

It would be cool to have the bridge-ui included in this pipeline.

Requirements:

  1. Add bridge_repo to the config
  2. The script fetches bridge repo and configures, builds and launches it
  3. Print bridge-ui url so we can observe the tests

not sure it is needed. I don't think anything except block explorer is useful and @pinkiebell created a nice block explorer CLI. Suggesting to close this one
