fix: better epochLength test #69

Actually check that epoch length has changed.

Run as yarn test 4_epochLengthExit.js

Checks for issues like https://github.com/leapdao/leap-node/issues/340 and https://github.com/leapdao/leap-node/issues/310

fails now to reproduce leapdao/leap-node#340 should work with the fixed https://github.com/leapdao/leap-node/pull/349
