Connect Cyfin AWS to Plasma Protocols bank account #278

For that to work AWS requires default currency to be EUR and at least one full month being paid.

I've already changed the currency to EUR (today on 12.10.20). I'd expect adding bank account to be available in a month in a middle of November.
