Bounty

For auxiliary services we want to query transactions by timestamp, e.g. get all the txs included in a block within then the given time frame.

Scope

store block inclusion timestamp when storing transaction e.g. as timestamp attribute
support fromDate and toDate query parameters in /transactions API. These should add corresponding conditions for timestamp attribute to db query

updated code
updated README with instructions on newer API

ability to get transactions efficiently for UI purposes
