Setup docusaraus codebase and folder structure.
Setup a website - you can use a <name>.github.io domain if possible since this is open source.
Integrate Travis CI to auto-deploy any documentation update to the website (restrict branches eg: master)
CI Validate for markdown - check if docusarus provides that.
You can use the same format / structure as https://devops.lftechnology.com because it's good enough for us.
