Description

Integrate Sentry for reporting the error.

Summary of changes

[x] Add a utility for instantiating Sentry
[x] Add env for sentry DSN token.
[x] Make sentry work only in production mode.
[x] Add a global componentDidCatch lifecycle in App.js to catch global errors and send them to sentry.
[x] Add a fallback view in case of errors in the app.
