[bug] duplicate ultrasone blocks #100

There are 2 blocks for the ultra sone sensor. One uses the default pins 8 and 7 and the other asks the user to give 2 pins. Maybe delete the first one and use a default value on the second block?

Difficulty here is to support existing save files with the old 'Get distance' block...
