[enhancement] Create block for the new RGB line sensor #132

There's a new linesensor that is based on RGB. It connects trough I2C and has white leds to have more consistent lighting and better/ more reliable results. The chip it uses is unknown for now, check the hardware sheet or ask Bas/Michiel.
