default showing code-reading-screen until clicked away - enhancement 1 #189

It's good the code-sidebar shows as a default. Small enhancement to keep users happy:

  1. When the user clicks it away - can it stay that way? Also after they've entered the code-screen and turn back to the blocks?

@Roelandsmith please explain what you want: Do you want the app to remember that the code-view was closed forever? Or just during the session? I would recommend the latter: So if the user closes and starts the app, the code-view is again shown by default (for all robots except Flitz)
