No scary warning message when installing Easybloqs on Windows #229

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The problem is that Windows does not trust our executable and gives stern warnings that you have to dismiss.

Describe the solution you'd like We can sign our executable with a certificate so that Windows trusts us.

Describe alternatives you've considered The alternative is the web-based route, which we are also taking. But if the desktop app is imagined to stay, then it might be wise to look into this.
