warning when no internet available #230

Issue-experienced by ict-teacher

When starting a new project, while having no internet, the 'installing prerequisites' keeps on running in an endless loop.

A (time-out?) check and a warning would help:

'You seem to have no internet. Fix the connection and restart Easybloqs'

Okay, I understand<

'Je lijkt geen internet te hebben. Herstel de verbinding en start Easybloqs opnieuw.'

@Roelandsmith please move this issue to the leaphy-client project. This is not related to leaphy-blockly.
