This should ensure consistent image hand behavior in both Linear and Gamma color spaces.
To change the color space settings go to: Edit -> Project Settings -> Player -> Other Settings -> Color Space.
Things to test:
Hand glow seems consistent. (Try tilting the hand. Try moving it far away.)
Glow confidence fading seems consistent. (Try making a fist holding hand sideways.)
