Introduces ImageHands to the CoreAssets.

Things to verify:

[x] @Amarcolina ImageHand appearance is correct. (Fading, Intersection highlight, object occlusion & interaction.)
[x] @jo3w4rd Added documentation is still complete
[X] Scenes run and build correctly

QuickSwitchDemo has the passthrough set to SYNC_WITH_HANDS, is this something we want to change to LOW_LATENCY?

@GabrielHare Other than @Amarcolina 's comment (the answer to which I'm not sure of) the merge looks good to me.
