Fresh copy of 10.13.6 on a 2018 13" MBP TB

Hit with the following error when trying to install eGPU.sh

macOS-eGPU.sh (v1.6)

A system file (wrangler), has been replaced and does not fit to the system. You must revert those changes in order to continue. You can also upgrade to the latest supported release or reinstall macOS.

I'm getting the same error on 10.13.6 with build 17G2307
