Uninstall for 10.14 #47

Hey there - I accidentally upgraded to Mojave before fully uninstalling this script. When I try to run macos-egpu --uninstall it complains by saying "This script is only for macOS 10.13.X". Are there some manual commands I can run to reverse the script?
