Light and dark theme are working on homepage. still need to work on other pages and add appropriate classes.

Some styles are broken. For eg: cards have dark text on dark background.

It's readable now but there are too many different colors on the site now. It seems to lack a cohesive style. We need to use similar palettes for DaisyUI, Shoelace, and custom components (like the zoomable treemap under "Roadmaps").

@cssbubble You need to:

Change card background color to white as it used to be
Pull latest main so that there are no conflicts

Then I can go ahead and merge this PR.
