File lists in Ironboard / Make it Into a Lab #1

PS - this is @aviflombaum

This content is great. However, students will read the README in Ironboard and might not ever see the support files for this lab if they don't actually open the repo in Github.

So, first, maybe Ironboard should list files or a file count or something in non-lab curriculum, like this - where we want to give them things to play with but don't need them to make something pass. cc @matbalez

Or @roseweixel @changamanda @irmiller22 let's just make this into a well formed activerecord lab with a great readme?

Thoughts?

I think this would actually be a great primer for the intro to ActiveRecord. We've already gotten to this point with Ruby-007, but it would be awesome for web-0415. It should break down the importance of each component of ActiveRecord in the README, and there should be simple but explicit tests for each component (migrations and models at this point).
