Update for new Learn setup #2

A lot of the stuff in this repo is old & busted in light of the new Learn setup app / instructions, which live here: https://github.com/learn-co-curriculum/learn-environment-setup

I've unpublished this for 0615 and 0915, since it will lead people astray. But, it still has some valuable content in it (blogs, Alcatraz, etc.). We should update it to remove any old/duplicate stuff from the other repo, and make it just about iOS track-specific goodies.

Oh... surprise! This exists: https://github.com/learn-co-curriculum/ios-environment-setup-summary It seems like the thing to do is update that with the remaining useful tidbits from this repo, and deploy that reading after the learn-environment-setup one.
