Concern
I'm having a horrible time trying to install and get everything to play nicely with each other, WSL, VSC, Ubuntu, its all been a horrible experience so far and I'd really appreciate some help. I am not computer inept, I've even recruited my dad in to help who's been in the field for 45 years. The things you are showing in the videos are not representative of what I am seeing on my screen, and when something is off by a letter if can make a difference.

It wasn't working the first time, I went and uninstalled everything you had me install. This the 2nd time and its going worse. I would really truly like just some help getting this crap installed so I can do some school work instead of yell at my computer for doing exactly what you tell and have it be wrong. I wanted to go to this school, but this is impossible and will look elsewhere if necessary.
