I think we can definitely get a template going for the Phase 4 project. I'm prioritizing Phase 3 work right now, but I'll leave this open and assign it to myself so I'll be ready to get started on it in the next couple of weeks.

Concern
In the readme, it states "Once you've got a solid plan in place for your app and you're ready to start coding, begin your project with the format described in the "Full-Stack Development" module. Remember to separate client and server code."
The full-stack module only provides the Chatterbox lab solution and shows how the front and back end are set up together.
This will definitely cause confusion on project week.

There should probably be a lesson on starting a Flask app from scratch, unless there already is one and I missed it. It seems like they all provide starter code. Previously, in the rails module, it provided a template.
