Updated requirements and added json-server instructions #2

Update requirements based on feedback:

Flex:

Update requirements to specify a minimum of five components and a minimum of three routes

Live (via Tashawn):

Specify that students should limit their json-server API to one resource only (i.e. no complicated domains; save that for next phase)
Add instructions for how to set up a db.json file from scratch and use json-server in a project
