Blank layout.erb file is confusing #32

@cernanb I have worked with several students who spend quite a bit of time trying to figure out why their templates won't render in the browser, which is most often due to an empty layout.erb file. The layout.erb file is only briefly discussed quite a bit earlier in the curriculum, so an empty layout file for this lab is a bit of a curveball. I think we should either provide them with a completed layout.erb file to start with, or otherwise provide a hint in the README that this file will need to be edited.
