Auto update travis #105

1) Automatic build of any updates on the master branch via travis working on local fork.

For deployment on the main repo need to add the repo's token as the GITHUB_TOKEN variable on the TravisCI.com settings as an environment variable (needs admin access).

2) Removing the --frail option from remark allows build to happen even in the presence of broken links.

3) Broken links updated and typos in the neuroimaging software page fixed.

Resolves #99 and much of #51

@r03ert0 @katjaq I don't have admin access to the travis settings for this repo: I suspect one of you might. Could you link into this? :heart:
