add a build badge and switch to new all-contributors badge #116

I created an all-new badge for all-contributors with the exact same specification from shields.io. I expected the original badge to have the same markdown code but it seems a bit different requiring a review before merged.

Resolves #111

@alexandreroutier I had a closer look this weekend and I'll be adding the badge template so that the bot updates as per our specification c.f...I believe we must merge this PR first before any other contributor is added.

Currently, we cannot have any other badge inline with the all-contributors until #361 badge not being updated if inline is resolved by the all-contributors team.

Honnestly I would say that we simply have the badges on several lines. Would that be a big issue?
