Add Requirements.txt #82

Hi!

This PR adds a requirements.txt file in order to ease the installation of this project on our computer.

@Remi-Gau: Can you check that I did not miss any dependency? I tries to read Mattermost & GitHub Issues/PR before adding this.

@roopa-pai : Can you tell me if this is clear for you? I noticed your question (#57) and hope that this update will clarify this.

Should we call it pip-requirements.txt so we know just by seeing the file name what package manager it refers to?
