I did a quick pass to "apply" the templates and the "admonition" dropdown menus for each entry of MEEG page.
I commented out some of the sections that still need to be filled but markdown comments seem to be rendered when they are in the dropdown. This is suboptimal but I will still merge this for now because of the gain in "navigability" on this page.
