Issue-41: Complete OAuth Flow with Meetup.com #41

This is a big one...sorry
Added basic pages to the frontend for Auth with Meetup.com
Added required routes/controller/service to Auth with Meetup

Known TODOs:

Add Test, not sure how...
Work with iOS Team on how to get this working for them
Create Success Auth Page, just dumps JSON currently
Add call to logout endpoint, Auth won't work otherwise
Added expires_in to User object

This is just a first pass, I am sure there is things to clean up. We can improve/refactor this later.
